I tend to believe 2Checkout because Zoolz representative seemed very dismissive. After several emails and phone calls to both of them, Zoolz looks like is not willing to give refunds and 2Checkout declares solemnly they handle only the secure payment of the merchant, not the refunds. You pay through 2Checkout, in five minutes you have the Zoolz account, but to take your money back, I have already spent three days and I assume I will have to spend many more.
